Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) is provided by the military to help active service members with housing costs, and can be used for either on- or off-post housing.

The Housing Services Office (HSO) will be your first point of contact when you receive moving orders, and provides services that will help you with referrals, relocation assistance, guidance for entering a lease agreement and tenant-landlord disputes.

White Sands Missile Range On Post Housing (Rent On Post)

• Single Soldiers ranked E1-E5 will need to contact the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing through the HSO listed above.
  
  
• On-post housing for White Sands Missile Range is privatized. Contact Balfour Beatty Communities (575) 674-2463 to check available housing for your family size and pay grade. They have 3-4 bedroom single family homes. Some amenities may include: washer/dryer hookups, central AC, garage and patio. Community amenities are splash and dog parks, playgrounds, community center and more.
